Class I indication for myocardial revascularization for reducing symptoms:
- stable limiting angina pectoris refractory to optimal medical therapy + coronary artery stenosis of > 50%.
Class IIa indications for myocardial revascularization for reducing symptoms:
- stable angina pectoris + dyspnoe + ischeamia including > 10% of left ventricular and caused by coronary artery stenosis of > 50%,
- stable angina pectoris + HF + ischeamia including > 10% of left ventricular and caused by coronary artery stenosis of > 50%.
Class III indication for myocardial revascularization for reducing symptoms:
- stable angina pectoris effectively treated with drugs.
